Become a Winter Wonderland Holiday Market Vendor or Sponsor Winter Wonderland

Please fill out the below form to participate as a Holiday Market Vendor at Winter Wonderland. Payments for Tent Vendors will be collected once you’ve submitted waiver and certificate of insurance, and are approved to participate

Insurance Details:

The Village and Town requires a standard certificate of insurance for $1,000,000.
1. All vendors must be insured and you must sign the waiver
  - Signed Waiver: Please complete and sign the attached waiver, and send back to Kate (cc)
  - Certificates of Insurance (COIs): Please note your COI should name the following entities as additional insureds:
    - The Pelham Chamber of Commerce (204 Nyac Avenue Pelham, NY 10803)
    - Town of Pelham (34 Fifth Ave, Pelham, NY 10803)
    - Village of Pelham (200 5th Avenue, Pelham, NY, 10803)
